MASTERS OF BIOENTREPRENEURSHIP
The Master's in Bioentrepreneurship is an interdisciplinary program tailored to students with a background in biomedicine, pharmaceutics, biotechnology, healthcare or medicine with courses addressing the central themes of how to manage and develop life science companies.
A key feature of the program is the application of knowledge in the outside world. Real-life cases are used throughout the program, including two practical placement courses at companies, authorities or other relevant organizations, in Sweden or abroad. The program provides a solid foundation for a career working with marketing, project management or business development within the biotech, pharmaceutical, medical technology or related industries.
BEACON ALUMNI NETWORK
BEACON is the alumni association of the Master’s Programme in Bioentrepreneurship at Karolinska Institutet.
Our goal is to create a strong network among current and future alumni, thereby strengthening the Bioentrepreneurship Master’s Programme as a whole. Set up as a non-profit organization, we are dedicated to establish and maintain a thriving Bioentrepreneurship community in Sweden and beyond.
